If you feel the TomaBelt and/or product(s) you received do not meet this standard, simply return the TomaBelt and/or product(s) within 30 days of original purchase for an exchange, or refund of the product price and applicable tax. Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Shipping cost for returns is a customer's responsibility. To insure prompt delivery we recommend that you send your return by UPS, Fed Ex or insured Parcel Post for your protection. It is your responsibility to keep the tracking number as reference for the return shipment in case the package does not reach us. Requests will be processed upon receipt of the merchandise.
If your TomaBelt was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box (container) and the product(s) and notify us immediately via email at
sales@tomatiare.com.
Toma Tiare, Inc. warrants that this TomaBelt product when shipped in its original box (container) will be free from defective workmanship and agree that it will either repair the defect or replace the defective product with a new TomaBelt within 30 days from the date of purchase. Defective products must be reported via email at
sales@tomatiare.com and returned to Toma Tiare, Inc. within 30 days from date of purchase. Toma Tiare, Inc. will pay for the cost of shipping only to exchanged a defective TomaBelt .
